Welcome to Gravity Entrepreneur, a brand operated by Gravity Empires LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, membership, or coaching service from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
Gravity Entrepreneur provides business coaching, membership programs (including Gravity Freedom Builders), mastermind programs, courses, and related content designed to help entrepreneurs build structure in their business.
Memberships & Cancellations
- You may cancel your membership at any time, including annual plans.
- All payments are final. We do not offer refunds — this applies to monthly memberships, annual memberships, mastermind payments, and any one-time or “paid in full” purchases.
- Canceling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid.
- Access to membership content and community typically continues through the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will end.
Payment
By purchasing a membership, program, or service, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on the applicable billing schedule (monthly, annual, or one-time) until you cancel.
No Professional Advice / No Guarantee of Results
Our coaching, courses, and content are for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances — we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or business result.
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, materials, branding, and curriculum provided by Gravity Entrepreneur (including but not limited to the Fs7 framework, Goal Gap, Gravity Beams, and the 5 Functions of Business) are our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, community, or services — including but not limited to sharing paid content with non-members, harassing other members, or using our services for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to remove access for anyone who violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Entrepreneur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
